Flavored Smoking Wood Chips for the GrillYou don't have to own expensive grilling or smoking equipment to enjoy the benefits of smoked foods. Your backyard gas or charcoal grill will allow the opportunity to smoke your own food. Our premium wood chips are kiln dried and a perfect size 6-8mm in length. This mix of smaller wood chips help to get the smoke going and the larger wood chips keep them smokin! Soak wood chips for a minimum of 15 minutes in water, juice, whiskey, beer, wine or other liquid. Allow the chips to drip dry for a few minutes prior to adding them to a smoker box or foil pouch. When cooking with a charcoal smoker, simply add the chips directly onto the existing wood or charcoal - no need to pre-soak.
