Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after placement without incurring any charges. However, due to processing fees, a 5% cancellation charge will occur after the 24-hour period.

In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be items that are regular stock items in our warehouse. Items not stored at NorthwoodsMailOrder.com's warehouse will be ordered directly from the manufacturer or appropriate distributor.
Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% (of the retail price) restocking fee for any items that are returned to us. Returned items MUST be shipped in their original packaging. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You must call us for shipping instructions - any shipment that arrives without prior authorization will be refused and returned to you.
